Paper Submission
Authors must first submit either an extended abstract 2 A4 pages or a full 4 to 5
A4 pages (including figures) version of the paper. The paper must contain enough
information for the TPC and reviewers to judge on the originality and quality of
the work.

If you are submitting a convened session paper, a password given to you by the chair
of your session is required to finalize the submission. During the uploading process,
authors will be asked to categorize their papers in terms of the conference topics
and application tracks (see Call for Papers).
You will also be asked during paper submission if you want to be considered for the
student paper award.
Paper submission will end on 15 July (Hard Deadline). Notification of acceptance
31 July.
After acceptance, authors will be asked to submit an updated version of the paper
and if desired, they have the possibility to extend the extended abstract to a full
4 to 5 A4 pages paper. In both cases, the paper templates provided below must be
used.

To have the paper submitted to IEEE Xplore, the registration fee must be paid and
the conference attended.
Accepted papers will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
